HARD WORK NEEDS DIRECTION

Working Hard Without the Right Plan Can Limit Your Athlete’s Progress

Youth athletes are often willing to put in the work. The challenge is knowing what to work on, when to work on it, and how each phase of training supports long-term development.

Random workouts, inconsistent routines, and one-size-fits-all programs can lead to wasted effort without addressing an athlete’s individual goals.

The right youth strength and conditioning program gives athletes a structured approach to developing strength, speed power, and confidence without relying on random workouts.

That’s where I can help. I’ll create a structured training plan designed to help your athlete work toward your goals.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions About Training? Start Here.

I primarily work with youth baseball players who want to improve their strength, speed, explosiveness, and overall athletic performance. My training can also benefit athletes from other sports.

Yes. I’ll build a personalized training program based on your athlete’s personal goals, experience, stage of athletic development, and competitive season.

Each program begins with an in-person assessment and training session, followed by personalized online training with weekly coaching and support. We’ll finish with another in-person session to review your athlete’s progress and discuss your next steps.

Both programs include personalized programming, weekly guidance, and in-person sessions. The 12-week program provides additional time for progressive training and continued athletic development.

At the end of the program, we’ll review your athlete’s progress and talk about what worked well, what could be improved, and where they’d like to go next. If additional training would be beneficial, I can create a new personalized 8- or 12-week program that builds on their progress and continues moving them toward their goals.

Your athlete will need 6 lb., 8 lb., and 10 lb. medicine balls to complete the training program.

In-person training sessions are held at a baseball or football field selected by the parent or guardian within a 90-minute drive of the North Richland Hills area. This can include Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Colleyville, Grapevine, Southlake, Watauga, Saginaw, Fort Worth, and surrounding communities.

Book a consultation where I can learn more about the athlete, his or her goals, and what he or she wants to improve. Then, I can recommend the next appropriate step.

After your consultation, if we’re a good fit, I’ll send you the information you need to select your athlete’s program and complete payment online.
